I have not been blogging for years, however it does not stop me from being a prolific stitcher :)<br />

I am working on Jerry Roupe's design, that designed in 1950's or 1960's. Know more about Jerry Roupe <a href="https://arysweden.com/ary-home/shop-categories/designers-collections/jerry-roupe/">here</a>.<br />

Jerry Roupe has been recognized in 1960's due to her popular design <i>Tomteparaden</i>. I will keep this as my future project.<br />

For now, I am stitching <i>Dance</i>. As you may noticed, 2 of the Santa are "naked" :P They should be in DMC 3985. It is one of the new color floss of DMC, it is unfortunate that this color floss is not available in Malaysia yet. I am ordering online from an online stitch shop from Singapore, <a href="http://www.crossstitchjoy.com/catalog/">Cross Stitch Joy</a>. Hope able to receive it ASAP :)</div>

After about two and half years of stitching, I finally finished Crystal Christmas in late January. It is considered as one of my "huge" project like <a href="http://ms-stitchaholic.blogspot.com/2008/08/finished-up.html">Eastern Treasures</a>.<br />
<br />
And now, I would like to present you the completed Crystal Christmas.......without the designated Mill Hill Crystal Treasure, but replaced with Swarovski crystal star pendant :)<br />

How could you resist the gorgeous snow angle who is holding with 3 draped bead roping on hands? Let alone the chorus of fa-la-la-la-la's making your heart burst out.<br />

<br />
To be frank, I feel so relieved after finishing this piece of work. I am still considering if I should start the Angel Proclamation, which has been claimed as companion to Crystal Christmas. I bought this design years back and yet it is still sitting quietly in my stash.<br />

As many of you may know that I am truly, exceptionally, very much fond of <a href="http://ms-stitchaholic.blogspot.com/2011/01/happy-belated-new-year.html">French cross stitch designs</a>. And I was so lucky to find these book in Japanese version, which relatively cheaper compare to the original French version.<br />

<span style="text-align: left;">As what the title said, yes....Crystal Christmas is back after long MIA! </span></div>
<br />
A lot has happened over the last two and half years. I went back to corporate world after stop for almost three years, but quit after working only half year. Then run a child enrichment center, closed down after getting pregnant. My baby girl is getting 3 month old, feel like going back to corporate world again. LOL.....<br />
<br />
I stitched quite a bit during my second trimester. I seriously thought that I could finish this piece before the baby born. Oh well.....Just too uneasy. Especially with a 4 year old cheeky boy around. Nevertheless, there is a progress I would like to present to you.<br />

I have been participating in a worthy project "1-Blanket 4-Japan" to help the Japanese earthquake & tsunami victims to overcome a shortage of blankets there. Our club, Rotary Club of Kuala Kangsar is supporting this humanitarian drive, to collect and dispatch blankets to disaster-hit relief centres in Japan. The 1-Blanket 4-Japan projects end last Sunday, and the item items will be delivered to Japan by the first week of April. We are proud to be a part of the grassroots life-saving effort!</div><div style="text-align: justify;"><br />

This is my first time stitching on 40ct linen, it is uneasy since I have been stitching on 32ct for so long. But it is fun and the outcome is so gorgeous. I'm stitching this over 2 on 40ct Lambswool Linen from Wichelt using 1 strand of the DMC listed on the chart.</div><div style="text-align: justify;"><br />
</div><div style="text-align: justify;">Oh well.....I did not have a good start. I did not <span class="Apple-style-span" style="font-family: inherit;"><span class="Apple-style-span" style="line-height: 15px;">differentiate </span></span>between symbol Celtic and Cross clearly, hence I stitched it wrongly :( No wonder the design did not stand out as it should.</div><div class="separator" style="clear: both; text-align: center;"><a href="https://blogger.googleusercontent.com/img/b/R29vZ2xl/AVvXsEjRMOsThKBsgTQbfh4LW1Vjp23StqPZUHzagQthYUTBHSylVKStC-4HyAuUiv2A9AwBYIOshTJyWzvaPmhNypSDMFWUkoKyessv3zZ6gRIDbzBCgicHFuD1Xaq7MlzXna4iX3Ggww/s1600/DSC_0537_A.JPG" imageanchor="1" style="margin-left: 1em; margin-right: 1em;"><img border="0" height="212" src="https://blogger.googleusercontent.com/img/b/R29vZ2xl/AVvXsEjRMOsThKBsgTQbfh4LW1Vjp23StqPZUHzagQthYUTBHSylVKStC-4HyAuUiv2A9AwBYIOshTJyWzvaPmhNypSDMFWUkoKyessv3zZ6gRIDbzBCgicHFuD1Xaq7MlzXna4iX3Ggww/s320/DSC_0537_A.JPG" width="320" /></a></div><div style="text-align: justify;"><br />
</div><div style="text-align: justify;">Beside <i>Rose Quaker</i>, I also stitched another simpler design by <i>Bent Creek, Autumn Row</i>. The pumpkins look very cute. However, I ran out of DMC 310 Black, will try to finish it up after getting 310 today.</div><div class="separator" style="clear: both; text-align: center;"><a href="https://blogger.googleusercontent.com/img/b/R29vZ2xl/AVvXsEibg7tucf_hRqWoFzmjUWXa4wpBIm8Jg6soUs9MU4n5aOUznOCiOgvFk1VxLu4Mh0vH90manQVjEgLjN3n2kyjNV90W3680n_XghYex4JeeConW4H9a2vgNH1E63gJF1aV10I84NQ/s1600/DSC_0528.JPG" imageanchor="1" style="margin-left: 1em; margin-right: 1em;"><img border="0" height="320" src="https://blogger.googleusercontent.com/img/b/R29vZ2xl/AVvXsEibg7tucf_hRqWoFzmjUWXa4wpBIm8Jg6soUs9MU4n5aOUznOCiOgvFk1VxLu4Mh0vH90manQVjEgLjN3n2kyjNV90W3680n_XghYex4JeeConW4H9a2vgNH1E63gJF1aV10I84NQ/s320/DSC_0528.JPG" style="cursor: move;" width="212" /></a><a href="https://blogger.googleusercontent.com/img/b/R29vZ2xl/AVvXsEh8DzLiDtAC8Pr6ZK8OHGHVPmmReCY96f4fRML8UthGOX7Bb1YVoCVvKB89cyWdSq1uB2bndxGCmUAxTv1aNUJsTL6YxfArYNAYHhXEosVQ4h-rcuiRdtTyOr330ACwE3CCy-Rawg/s1600/DSC_0529.JPG" imageanchor="1" style="margin-left: 1em; margin-right: 1em;"><img border="0" height="212" src="https://blogger.googleusercontent.com/img/b/R29vZ2xl/AVvXsEh8DzLiDtAC8Pr6ZK8OHGHVPmmReCY96f4fRML8UthGOX7Bb1YVoCVvKB89cyWdSq1uB2bndxGCmUAxTv1aNUJsTL6YxfArYNAYHhXEosVQ4h-rcuiRdtTyOr330ACwE3CCy-Rawg/s320/DSC_0529.JPG" width="320" /></a></div><div class="separator" style="clear: both; text-align: center;"><br />

</div><div class="separator" style="clear: both; text-align: justify;">One of my recent finish, <i>Dog Lessons for People</i> by <i>Lizzie Kate</i>. I like this antique-looking frame so much! I got this from <a href="http://www.jdframes.com/v1/">JD Arts & Frame</a>, they carry wide range of imported frame.</div><div class="separator" style="clear: both; text-align: center;"><a href="https://blogger.googleusercontent.com/img/b/R29vZ2xl/AVvXsEh3giwajz_UlPrImY2L0B9MXq29XJw-v-rjIyGBPPyUQQygocJX_s-i7yUx9-d9E51iBSiCwXofPW7d8cTU1VZiYVDghR_QKKq9Pbqi08Lmm-udmbTVtp0UnLBGRu4Vl4ovyFYEnQ/s1600/DSC_0514.JPG" imageanchor="1" style="margin-left: 1em; margin-right: 1em;"><img border="0" height="265" src="https://blogger.googleusercontent.com/img/b/R29vZ2xl/AVvXsEh3giwajz_UlPrImY2L0B9MXq29XJw-v-rjIyGBPPyUQQygocJX_s-i7yUx9-d9E51iBSiCwXofPW7d8cTU1VZiYVDghR_QKKq9Pbqi08Lmm-udmbTVtp0UnLBGRu4Vl4ovyFYEnQ/s400/DSC_0514.JPG" width="400" /></a></div><br />
<div style="text-align: justify;">Guess most of you think this frame looks very familiar. Yes, its from Ikea. I bought this frame last 2 years ago, but yet to confirm what to be framed that time. Oh well....isn't this finish match this frame nicely?</div><div class="separator" style="clear: both; text-align: center;"><a href="https://blogger.googleusercontent.com/img/b/R29vZ2xl/AVvXsEjzQ0v-RVTgVIKxiqDZ4R3Pdq8ChxnFhvVUde3GUmhYjovPUEjJ2hm-hcPNoJXadMPGS5poag-54tt2BHoCwnvdnysIHM4iwp2gAsKAbAP6VXJtRkFNbW2CSzLJrCr5mTOE_tjGKA/s1600/DSC_0515.JPG" imageanchor="1" style="margin-left: 1em; margin-right: 1em;"><img border="0" height="400" src="https://blogger.googleusercontent.com/img/b/R29vZ2xl/AVvXsEjzQ0v-RVTgVIKxiqDZ4R3Pdq8ChxnFhvVUde3GUmhYjovPUEjJ2hm-hcPNoJXadMPGS5poag-54tt2BHoCwnvdnysIHM4iwp2gAsKAbAP6VXJtRkFNbW2CSzLJrCr5mTOE_tjGKA/s400/DSC_0515.JPG" width="265" /></a></div><br />
<div class="separator" style="clear: both; text-align: center;"></div><div style="text-align: justify;">This is a pre-made photo frame that used to frame other documents. I recycled it with helps from <a href="http://www.jdframes.com/v1/">JD Arts & Frame</a>. It turned out gorgeous, just nice to place at my bookshelf.</div><div class="separator" style="clear: both; text-align: center;"><a href="https://blogger.googleusercontent.com/img/b/R29vZ2xl/AVvXsEgPF247DyCvubyWRP0XRwawQLiiw5CG1k9cb-PdpDV0Cdrx39gJDGd1aOgjKPBXrKzN_oEIgX6erqWxi9xzOTlf0nAsVw5235lVyjob33UtCoy0t0fwzZLTmoaC9_4cj_A39TgxUQ/s1600/DSC_0525.JPG" imageanchor="1" style="margin-left: 1em; margin-right: 1em;"><img border="0" height="400" src="https://blogger.googleusercontent.com/img/b/R29vZ2xl/AVvXsEgPF247DyCvubyWRP0XRwawQLiiw5CG1k9cb-PdpDV0Cdrx39gJDGd1aOgjKPBXrKzN_oEIgX6erqWxi9xzOTlf0nAsVw5235lVyjob33UtCoy0t0fwzZLTmoaC9_4cj_A39TgxUQ/s400/DSC_0525.JPG" width="265" /></a></div><br />
<div style="text-align: justify;">If you have followed my blog lately, most probably you have seen it in my previous post. Yes, but I would like to take a better shot to show how nice of this frame when sitting on my Ikea Billy bookshelf :)</div><div class="separator" style="clear: both; text-align: center;"><a href="https://blogger.googleusercontent.com/img/b/R29vZ2xl/AVvXsEi-W7f5ozZqPkPc3kokM6-4SasS6SDta3IW108ZX7Mf7vMMMDbB-m_FDcyRjgdyxxowqxe8HJXy8J0risD2HdKn7PjINkFwPwZ0uA9zGEze8xo8-vWgTafG8MF7Ue5d3-NKDkYOvQ/s1600/DSC_0521.JPG" imageanchor="1" style="margin-left: 1em; margin-right: 1em;"><img border="0" height="265" src="https://blogger.googleusercontent.com/img/b/R29vZ2xl/AVvXsEi-W7f5ozZqPkPc3kokM6-4SasS6SDta3IW108ZX7Mf7vMMMDbB-m_FDcyRjgdyxxowqxe8HJXy8J0risD2HdKn7PjINkFwPwZ0uA9zGEze8xo8-vWgTafG8MF7Ue5d3-NKDkYOvQ/s400/DSC_0521.JPG" width="400" /></a></div><br />
This is another frame by <a href="http://www.jdframes.com/v1/">D Arts & Frame</a> too. I personally like dark solid frame.<br />
